Yeah. The ones I found were blue. Those darker brown parts leading to the middle? They were a fading pink, I think.

I think I might know what it is, then, but I may have to see for myself some time.
Based on the colours, the stars, and the shape of the petals, those may likely be asagao.
They only bloom when the sun is out.

[ Last time he had anything to do with flowers (before coming here), he was helping Aerith pick some out for Sector 5's orphanage. He's...still not the most enthused. But he's more receptive. ]
